1. Where do I find my license number?
License numbers will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of creating your account, if for some reason you do not receive it or need your license number again please just email customer service.
2. What if I have lost my login password?
Send an email to customer service and we will gladly reset your password for you.
3. Where can I download my products?
You will be directed to your download link after your purchase has been completed.
You may also see your purchases/download history in your account after logging in.
4. How do I add my license number to my creations

5. Do I have to use my license numbers if using just a kit with no tube?
No - if using only a scrap kit by Jenn's Designs you do not have to use your license number but can still provide credit

6. What if I purchase a product and then decide I dont want it, can I have a refund?
There is a zero return policy for Jenn's Designs - ALL purchases are final
7. What if I have an issue with a product/purchase/download?
